i agree it's the power issue see:
Dtc P0C2B sets when the hybrid powertrain control module has not detected an auxiliary transmission fluid pump control module diagnostic signal for at least 1.5 seconds.
P0c2b is the code i get I have replaced the pump even though it says not to do so (just for piece of mind)

maybe corrosion on the wires the controller is under the 12v battery pedestal
part number:
make sure it's from a 2012 or 2013 model or ask about the date code

24261817 you may need an adapter for it to work with your Aux pump (pricey but worth it about 60$)
make sure it's from a 2012 or 2013 model or ask about the date code
