P1516 code. TBI unit

Had a check engine light come on. Had it read and it came up as P1516 TAC module throttle actuator positioning performance. I have no clue what that is and haven't done any research. Figure I would post here first while I go ask mr Google in the mean time.

What year? Must be atleast 2004? You have fly by wire accelerator? Meaning no cable form accelerator cable?

Oops sorry, it's a 03, haven't checked anything on the tbi. Drove it on Tuesday and no more check engine light. Never had any loss of power. It's always parked in the garage. The day the check engine light came on the battery was dead because it was so cold and I didn't plug it in. Jumped it and it's been great ever since. I barely drive it 10 miles a week. Stays parked.
I'm thinking maybe something was frozen or stuck from being parked outside. Maybe even the connectors were frozen. I plan on switching to a different tbi so I want even mad about it lol.
