Painted the Bowties

Looks nice! The color-matched bow ties came out great.

Ditch the TAHOE lettering on the tailgate when your wife isn't looking. I'll bet she doesn't realize what's missing, but thinks that the rear looks better...

I did this when debadging by Burb and she's never said a thing She never even noticed the lettering is gone but is constantly saying how much she loves "her" Burb

I told a buddy of mine to just get some vinyl and put it on top of the bowtie. Doesn't have to take it off and cheap.

not too bad, I luckily have a friend at a GM dealership that gave me new bowties for free, I had them painted and installed along with the flex fuel badge, rear window plastic handle removed for like $130. it might have been a little more because of the WDT I dunno? but the bodyshops I talked to said that they didnt know for sure if they would be able to save the rear bowtie or not because the tape is so strong, so thats why i was going to just get one new one for rear but ended up with a sweet deal. soooo i got both. My originals are in great shape after being removed so if you need extra i sell them to ya.

Mruss- i just had my factory bowties painted. Im sure you could do the same with the GMC letters or i knoe there are companies out there that sell chrome or black gmc. Or you could do vinyl i guess also.

UGA--- you should get em done. They really tie everything together nicely on my tahoe.
