Parting out an '03 tomorrow, what can I use in my '02?

Howdy Ya'll!

After nearly 4 years without a Tahoe or Yukon, I just (yesterday) picked up an '02 Z71 that was a drug seizure. Tomorrow we're going to a metal scrap yard where they're holding an '03 for us to pull parts from before it gets shredded. The '03 is a Tahoe LT w/Bose (no subwoofer); my '02 Z71 is an LS w/Bose (subwoofer missing), also without heated seats or memory; and it has rear end damage.

Here's the '03 before it was totaled: https://www.carstory.com/detail/2003-chevrolet-tahoe-abilene_tx-1GNEC13Z73R308285 The dash and bezels, driver's seat, radio, front end, wheels and engine are gone; it was hit hard just in front of the passenger door.

Since I have limited time, what is/is not worth trying to pull from the interior of the '03? I would love to use the tweeters, heated seats, memory, and steering wheel controls, but other threads I've found say they're really a no go. I want to pull the dash harness as well because mine seems to have some gremlins from previous poor stereo modifications. I was already planning to pull the whole center console, 2nd row seat, passenger seat (these seats are as close to new as I have ever seen), headliner, full liftgate and brake light, and rear bumper.

What do you know will or wont work? Anything I'm overlooking or that anyone might need? If someone wants that steering wheel, you'll need to link me a video or instructions on how to remove it, if it'll take more than 30 minutes, I doubt we'll even try for it. If I can't use it, I'd be happy to consider trades for parts for my Z71 or my neighbor's '97 2 door.

These are the most useful threads I've already read:

Unfortunately, electrically, you're screwed. The 03-6 is in a different universe than 01-2. Concentrate on interior trim /seats (you CAN make the heaters and power work, it's just a pita), bumpers, roof rack parts. Depending on miles, maybe the AC tensioner/compressor, water pump, and alternator. No E fans or hydroboost on 04, I don't think, but if there are, take those. Spare tire winch, or rear hatch button can be sought after. Exterior door handles....there's always more.

Thanks. That's pretty much what I did. We ended up with the hatch, bumper, spare winch, and nearly all of the interior, 400lbs., and I paid $55.

Sorry for rambling on so much like a teenage girl LOL but there's one more cool thing I figured out doing my interior swap that is the back door power window switches you can completely disassemble the 03 through 06 switch and disassemble the one on your 2000 through 2002 and put the guts from the old one into the body of the new one and use the whole thing trim ring and all and have the new style switch in the back in the front you're SOL there LOL I'm sure you know by now by looking at how big the switch setup is on the newer ones looks like an old Motorola brick phone it is actually made by Motorola too if you look at it that's funny. On my front doors what I did for the window switches was take just a switch trim from the Escalade and my Dremel tool and made it so that my switch is all fit into that trim. Then I heated up the plastic and cut sections in it informed it so it fits nice and tight around the old switches and made some crossover braces underneath it so they can't push out and used plastic weld 2 part epoxy to hold a man's place so far so good
