payload on 2023 suburban diesel premier trim?

can anyone help me get data on this please- looking to order a diesel suburban premier, but need to know payload capacity

i know these vary a bit due to options but looking for some real world examples out there

if you have this trim with the 3.0 diesel, share your payload capacity please!

Payload sticker - 1583 lbs.

Likely because the engine weighs less. Nothing to do with power output…

Yes, as the weight of the transfer case, front differential, front axels, hubs, etc is gone, so you can add it to the payload and/or GCVWR

There was a time, before every block was Aluminum, where the 4WD got aluminum block engines and the 2WD got Cast Iron, since the weight was saved on the 4WD hardware.

The 2wd is lighter, nothing todo with hp or torque.
