Foose wheels have 2 stems on every wheel. one for TPMS (if needed) and one for regular. 1 is real close to the outer edge of the inside of the wheel. the other is close to the center of the weel. they are both behind the face. you can see em here

What is the thinking behind this?

something about that outside part being the only way the TPMS sensor will fit. i have read mixed things about it. saw this too. it's all a bit odd. but i am sure there is a smart correct answer somewhere.

The two valve stems help in exchanging ambient air for Nitrogen. One stem is used to bleed off the ambient air while nitrogen is put in the opposite stem.

step down. and with more meat on the tire. let that supercharger do work man. AWD burnouts. your build is already on legend
I don't think I'm anywhere near legend status with my build. I just installed long tubes and got a total of one comment lol. Must have angered the forum Gods.

Nah, just not all of us comment other than the occasional "Nice build!"

Nice build, btw... I followed your sig link over to your GS400 build and read that as well. I wish I had that kind of confidence in myself to do paint work
