looks like fixed keel is stuck int he mud form the height of the bow out of the water. i bet they ran aground at a mid tide or a high high tide and kinds ****** at moment till another tall tide or boom lift barge comes. cant pull a sail boat off the stuck like you can with a power boat.

Points well taken and correct.
They've been dredging the ICW for weeks and already 8 boats have grounded not reading the correct side of the dredge to pass, however this spot has not been dredged yet. And he is tied to the dock.
