I'm a mopar man at heart and I love challengers , but I wouldn't at own that one. It's a disrespect to the car. Whoever designed that kit needs to be banned from America.
Super bees were chargers not challengers.
It's the same if you had a new camaro and painted it orange and put "the judge" decals all over it.
The judge was a gto not a camaro.

Just ran across that pic, after someone said something about the **** pack, and it is a custom **** pack, don’t think its a kit.

Ive never been into mopars ever, always a GM fan, just until recently when I realized theres a 707hp car out there that has a factory warranty lol. Me personally probably wouldn’t go for that custom “super bee” one, but no matter how ugly, it would still get lots of attention at a show or on the street, I like when they try to keep the memory of the old cars alive but of course with the modernity of the new vehicles they can only make so much happen. When I started looking at the challengers and even some of the new camaro’s have the black hood, and to me I thought that was a cuda thing. Or the shaker, thought that was a trans am thing.

We are limited to really only 3 muscle cars now days, mustang, camaro, and challenger, to me the charger doesn’t count, it is a 4 door, and its the cops car now, in the 80s and 90s they didn’t drive mustangs, they had grand marquises and crown vics.

And with he going rate on an actual old super bee being $200k, I’m sure this was a hell of a lot cheaper, which is also why guys like my dad who has been restoring old cars for all his life, shy away and go to a new, like he says he’s got double the money into his 69 nova that he has in his 15 Camaro, and the camaro is just as fast and handles a million times better. Its all about the cost per hp now.

Went off on a little rant there sorry lol, and for the record theres no hate here, I love all cars, all ages, all styles, all classes, true car guy to the heart.

I just don't like it when they disgrace an iconic car like the daytona like they did here. Would be the same if it was a yenko or a mach1(specialty production cars). As a true car guy there's a line that had to be drawn. I will say A+ for effort and quality of work. F- for originality.
And challys first came out with the shaker hood, a timeless muscle car look on any car for sure.
But back on track......clean caddy. Makes my 20s look like 17s , or maybe its my fender gap lol 20171006_134928.jpg
