Thanks buddy! Nice to see you venture over to the nnbs forum, its a whole nother world!

Well long story short I traded it in for a nicely loaded G6 because I was driving a lot, then I hated not having 4WD and not really being able to mod it so I traded that in for an 03 Duramax 4x4. It was fun, but it was a money pit, and the diesel world is one word: Pricey. It's unreal. It needed some work and I threw it up on the ole CL and someone offered me enough to let her go! The rest is history!

I thought you kept your carbon grey metallic truck :( :( :( :(

Cool, sounds like you made out ok.

WOW, the carbon metallic '06 has been sold in May of 2013, it is gone a long time. As we had two similar rigs and the '06 still had an outstanding loan, I kept the paid off '04, Sold the '06 for a decent price and bought a house. :)

Also the '04 is an SLT and has pretty much EVERYTHING in it, the '06 was an SL and had cloth interior, manual AC, nothing fancy. So now I drive the paid off '04 and it has 145K miles on it and is running strong. :)

Yeah got the denali for about $7k below bluebook ;)

Gotcha, that makes a ton of sense. I have a small payment on this one for 4 years but I'll try and get it paid off in 1-2 years, and then it's time for a house....gotta hold off on mods haha

Great looking 04 man, that isn't a ton of miles for an 11 year old vehicle!

There are plenty of days I miss my 05, actually to this day my friends all make fun of me for selling the nnbs denali wheels that were on it lol So what inspired you to go more "off-road" look this time.

It's funny because I usually go lifted/offroad and I'm going more road friendly this time.....lol

Not really sporting an off road look, I just think the truck looks a bit better and more aggressive with the AT Tires on.

You agree?

Yeah for sure, I thought for some reason you had keys but you just have AT's.

I've always been one to lift and put mud tires on, but as I get older I'm liking the quieter, more comfortable ride. So I'm resisting the urge to do a 2.5/1.5'' and 33's and I'm opting for some CK375's, maybe just an inch lower, and after its payed off some go fast parts.

I'm really surprised the step up this truck is from my 05 Denali, and its leaps and bounds better than my 03 Duramax. I am surprisingly content with it....for now :jester:
