Pics of LED interior lights (no more yellow!)

I'd like to get my puddle lights changed, but they aren't even working even with the factory bulbs (and yes they're good bulbs, not burned out) Is there a setting that can turn them off that I don't know about?

my puddle lights are weak I have a dollar store flash light that is brighter and it was 2 for a dollar
