Never had an issue, they have a resistor built in. The only problem with rapid blinking is when I installed them to send you some pics, the plug has a positive and negative. They blinked fast, I pulled out the plug, turned it around and worked fine after that

YO BC...I DIDNT INSTALL THE TAILS YET BUT I WAS WONDERING IF YOU HAVE EVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE FAST FLASHING ISSUE?? THIS THREAD BELOW IS A BUNCH OF DUDES TALKING ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR LED TAILS AND FAST FLASHING...DO THESE TAILS NEED RESISTORS OR SHOULD I BE FINE??
