I've recently been reading about the various automotive applications for Plastic Dip. The You Tube videos I've seen make the application appear to be very easy and just about mistake free. Painting the chrome badges on my LTZ with Plasti Dip looks great. I'm still looking for window guards to match the EGR guards on the front windows. EGR does not make these for the rear windows for some reason. Slimline matte finish is what I'm looking for if anyone has suggestions.

Black. I've finished with the badges and it's looks great. Black Plasti Dip provides just enough contrast with the black factory paint so the badges don't disappear. I also used Plasti Dip on the chrome side moldings.... they didn't look good so I removed it. I've also wet sanded using 3000 grit and buffed to removed most of the orange peel. Then used Liquid Glass and the finish is amazing.
