You can't do that with Plastidip. You should just have your buddy paint it with normal paint.

Does this Plastic dip come in other colors? Painting my trim bermuda blue or something relatively close with my black interior would look friggin amazing.

lots of colors and mix your own I believe. Red and black is all that is stocked locally to me though.
