I'm getting a popping noise in the right rear if I turn left at basically any speed that makes the vehicle put weight on the right rear. Also getting a popping noise I can feel in the left front floor board when doing a slow left turn. Any ideas?

Eric sounds right. Most likely more than 1 issue. The floor is twisting when you turn. Replace all of the body mounts with polyurethane. The rear could be several things. When you jack it up to check everything grab the tire make sure no play.
most common reason is sway bars, try lubing the sway bar bushings both front and rear with good lithium grease, while you are doing that visually inspect the end links and all other associated suspension parts front and rear control arms, ball joints, shocks. body mounts are unlikely to be the reason for noises but it can happen. also inspect your exhaust system for any broken hanger's, heat shields, crossmember bolts. there is a service bulletin for the crossmember bolts.
you would just have to do a search for it, basically all it say's is to either replace the 4 bolts with new ones and torque to spec or remove the existing bolts and rotate them to different positions and torque to spec which is probably around 85-90lbs (could be more), while you are under there take a close look at the upper control arm bolts also, had a recurring noise that nobody could find and after several tries of doing different things I saw (by accident) while the truck was up on a lift that one of the upper control arms bolts had been loose for a while and elongated the frame into a egg shape and the control arm was moving up & down on the frame, really no way to fix that so we welded a huge washer to the frame over the bolt hole and that fixed the problem since there was plenty of length on the bolt.Any particular brand of lithium grease preferred or one better than the other? Where can I find the crossmember tsb?
The insulator (GM part # 15899719) TSB mentions the body bushings under the A-pillar, B-pillar, and C-pillar which is basically in the middle of the vehicle. I swear my noise is coming from the back most corner. Is there any way to identify which body bushing is the culprit or do I need to put insulators on all 8? When I turn left around a corner and the vehicle leans to the right I hear a pop in the rear corner.
I'm also wondering now if the noise under my drivers floor board might be the torsion bar crossmember bushing part #20829013 or 15001006. Any way to tell on this before digging in?
