just cut the hood in the middle but have a big ole drag car style blower hanging out the hood. Thats different.

I don't know what I was thinking .. I am just going to find a real hood LOL

I want a bumper cover first ..

Absolutely don't do that!!! :) save up the $$$ and get a custom hood :waytogo:

This thread reminds me of a kid back when i was in Tech school. He tried making his own hood scoop in class, somehow formed out of fiberglass with 10 layers and 10 layers of bondo. Everyone hated that thing in my class, But the teacher ended up stealing it and throwing it out and blamed it on us. That thing weighed probably around 40 pounds of bondo and fiberglass. Worst of all, it was going on a ****** ranger he thought was fast.. FAIL

x2....can't go wrong here! I've always liked cowl hoods as well as long as the cowl is only a couple inches and it flows with the rest of the vehicle.
