possible stupid question about year differences

hi there, someone near me just upgraded his 2021 Silverado trail boss with a lift and selling the stock trail boss 2" lift. it includes spindle, shocks, bolts, everything that came off the Silverado. now my 2004 tahoe needs new shocks and other suspension work soon. will the parts off the 2021 fit on a 2004? I know most likely not but if anyone knows they would be in this group.

I have been tempted with deals like this for myself in the past. Personally I would not do it but if you want to make sure go to an aftermarket suspension website and check the part numbers of the kits for the years of the vehicles you are wanting to interchange parts. If they are the same you should be ok but I would be surprised if they were interchangeable.
