How far do the lift spindles push out the track width? You'd need spacers in the rear either way I reckon

When I first installed my 6in RCX lift I ran 35/12.50/18 Open Country MT's for a couple years with no spacers. Here's a pic from years ago with that setup (no spacers)

After adding a 3in body lift and keys runnin 37/13.50's I ended up throwin on some 2in wheel spacers just because I wanted to widen the stance. Not for clearance.
