Power steering failure

So my power steering just decides to go out at a light. The wife was driving and cut the wheel all the way to the right to drive off, and before i could utter a word, the truck shutters and starts to whine. Pull over in a parking lot and no leaks, belt still on, nothing i could see from above the truck looks out of place.
Gear box was replaced two years ago. Wtf?
Im clueless:sad: plus 24's arent the lightest of rims trying to turn.
Any insight on what it might be?

I guess pump siezure, but cant get it looked at until monday.

After I put my 26"s on my power steering to the right quit. Yet I still have power to the left. Haven't fixed yet but it's been that way for about a year n half. I figure I'll just be replacing the steering box. Think there may be some kind of orbital distribution valve or something that's not working correctly. This ever happens to anyone else?
