Power steering noises

Lately my truck has been making some groaning type of noise when i turn the steering wheel. Park or drive. And only when its real cold out and then it gets better. Any thoughts? Id like to tackle the problem before it gets worst

Check fluid level. Maybe low, could have a leak or maybe in need of a p/s flush

Fluid is good

Does it groan when turning both right and left? Try flushing the PS fluid.

Does it groan when turning only right or left? Change the steering gear.
