Power Stop Z36 Truck & Tow Caliper Brake Kit

Anybody try the Power Stop Z36 Truck & Tow Caliper Brake Kit? Only reason I'm asking is because I'm debating on whether to get 26s or not. I drive mostly flat areas but there are times when I will drive Hilly areas not to mention the awful traffic we have here in N. California.

I'm looking to upgrade the brakes over stock but if I go with 26s all the wildwood type big brake kits are out of my budget.

Is this kit any improvement over the stock rotors and calipers? Will it help stop on 26s? If it isn't much better than stock I think I will just keep the stock brakes and go with 24s. I originally wanted 24s but I keep seeing pics of 26s and I might regret not getting 6s.

Last question. Can you run just a big brake kit on front and stock brakes on back?

Guess nobody has used this brand? Is it some no name company? The little reviews I saw had positive comments for people Towing with them..

I purchased the ones without the calipers. Z23 set.
I just put them on a couple of months ago, Lovem.
They're not Wilwoods by any means but you will notice an improvement over stock.
I'm very pleased with this purchase and am actually looking at getting them for my wife's vehicle.

As for putting them on the front only, not sure. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do it.

Another brake component overlooked are the lines. Get some SS braided lines and that will also greatly improve your braking.

While I am 100% all for you upgrading your brakes you can run 26s with the factory brakes. I have done it for the past 3 summers and I tow a boat all summer long. My truck should need brakes right around spring so I will be upgrading then. You have me interested in the brake kit now!!!

No Towing here but I do have a lead foot lol. Maybe simply just adjusting driving styles might suffice? It's hard for me though lol. I think I've decided on 24s though. Unless there's no big difference between 6s and 4s?

I'm rolling on monstrous 17s, haha.
