mine go up slow and make eeking creaking noises, they both work in front but doesnt seem normal...how much is it to replace regulators usually?

Regulators vary in price. Cheap ones can go for $40, which are exactly that-cheap! Stay away from those. Try to go with a good brand, unless you want to replace them every year or sooner. On my P's front I think I've replaced it 3-4 times already in about 4 yrs.
