Hi all. I have a 2018 Yukon Denali. My driver window occasionally does not roll up in either manual or auto mode. I have to wait for about 15-20 seconds before it can be rolled up again. There are no weird noises coming from it and the auto function is working perfectly. This only happens when the windows are rolled up and down repeatedly in a short period. Is it normal for these to cut out or is the motor overheating?

Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

Does sound like the motor is getting hot and then cools down to try again.

You said, "My driver window occasionally does not roll up in either manual or auto mode."

Then you said, "There are no weird noises coming from it and the auto function is working perfectly."

Occasionally does it in manual or auto mode but auto function is working perfectly. I am confused.

The glass may not make noise but could be dragging in the guides at front and rear of glass. have you tried spraying some lube in those tracks?
