Yep, that's the one I used. I was wrong about the length, factory is 7/16". The ones you show from ebay are exact dimensions as stock.

Re-tapping the hole and use a over-size bolt with the length of 20MM

Get replacement captive nuts and peen them in after installing:

Or, if the ribbing is gone in the wheel, maybe use rivit nuts?

I'd use an anti-sieze on the threaded part after installing, though, so the bolts will come out when you want them to.
