I run some cheap amazon wires that are red and fit between the headers on 6 of the 8 plugs. The other 2 are MSD because the boots bend well and the red matches.

This is a forum made up largely of mature and seasoned men across many generations. I pay no mind to context, just the words. There are but, no there's only one person on here who will bother to write to you but he doesn't know anything about cars.

I think if a fella takes the time to answer your question, he's doing so in your best interest.

So, what year and motor truck are we talking about here? I know that the wires on my 5.3 are different from a 6.2. These trucks also run two different types of coils. As to why, I have no idea.

Mine has Melco-Mitsubishi coils and takes 748UU wires, these are GM OE. 9748UU are ACDelco Professional.

Simmer down now fellas... we’re all trying to help each other here. Vietvet didn’t mean it the way you took it. He reply’s to every post that way. No need to take it personal...
For what it’s worth I just swapped in a set of MSD and picked up a miss... ruined the originals removing them so had to order the recommended replacements. ACDelco.... wanna buy some brand new MSD plug wires? lol

VMS racing wires and I loved them. They are extremely good quality but they didn't play well with the headers I installed because they were a straight boot design. Never had any issues with the factory manifold.

You should research them. They are silicone and have triple crimped stainless end. Plus they are red so that's an automatic 10+ HP.
