Yeah, no shit. This is incredible. I'd like to see an explanation that doesn't suck from this vendor and an explanation for why vendors are allowed to be mods to begin with because it looks like a serious conflict of interest to me.

I see no problem with letting a vender know about a problem with there product, as long as you don't thrash them which sounds like you didn't.

I originally did not mean to stir the $hit here, but if you have time to check TYF forum for questions, and read all the posts about your items... the you have time to respond to emails about the same issues.

I do appreciate all the people on this forum who help each other out. For the record, I originally tried to keep this off the general boards.

Now that a cooler head is in charge I really have better things to worry about a missing thread, and 4 bulbs.

There are far more constructive things going on in this forum, and I don't want to take away from that any further.

As for the vendor having moderating rights over his paid section, that has been that way from the beginning. If you have issues with a vendor, raise a thread or PM staff. (namely BOSS)
