**This was purchased with my own money with no reimbursement expressed or implied. The unit is $213.01 as of 6:38PM 02Nov17, but I paid $188.xx since Amazon had a $25 off coupon **

I bought the Innova 3150 after a few days of research on what will actually work with the NNBS Platform. My SRS light and "Service Airbag Soon" msg has been on my DIC for a few months now. After a few quotes, I said dam with the dealership. I didn't even want to pay the $80 diagnostic fee.

After my research, I decided on this one. It worked right out of the box. Auto recognized the truck and pulled the Check Engine Codes right up. I knew the o2 sensors needed replaced since I have a Pioneer 4200NEX with the GM5+ iDataLink Maestro add-on and it reads info from the obd port.

After playing for minute, I finally got to the SRS menu. Within 60 seconds, I had what the issue is; front left front impact sensor. On to Amazon I go;.$74.71.

The unit also does other functions upon exploration like battery check, alternator check and some other things, like oil reset.

I am conflicted if it does Live Data, but I dnt think this unit does.

I am going to see if it reads with the wife's 2016 Kia Optima.

Overall I am satifisied. I was going to return it, but i am thinking I will keep it now.
