Also, why does it say programming required on many purchase sites?
I'm planning to disconnect the battery and change them. The ECU should pick them up and deal with it from there. Right?

I've not seen a learn procedure for the NBS rigs; do they have one, too? I'll admit that I never looked for one. Dealing with a 2006 here.

in April of 2022, at 174k miles on our 07 Denali w/6.2L,
I did not disconnect the battery,
I did not need to do a relearn,
I changed all four O2 sensors w/two Genuine GM# 213-3533 - $58ea, & two Genuine GM# 213-3538, $53ea; all from amazon.
I've put 19k miles on them without issue.

okay - ordered OEM from RA two pre and two post. I also ordered the O2 sensor socket.

Last October, on my 2014 Suburban with about 220k miles on it I replaced all 4 original O2 Sensors. They had started throwing codes so I had been running Costco's 92 octane gas with additives which kept the codes to only be occasional during MN winter and not during the summer. I put in two GM genuine ACDelco 213-3866 (GM 12583804) and two GM genuine ACDelco 213-4229 (GM 12609457). Like previously stated by another, I also did not disconnect the battery or need to do any learn procedure. It is about 7k miles later and gas mileage has increased and not a check engine light to be seen for my O2 sensors anymore.

All 4 GM O2s are in and are working when looking at scanner graphs.
One or two looked like they were returns but seem to be working fine.
I need to finish drive cycles - so far no codes.
