Any chance it feels brake related, such as a sticky caliper or the ABS pump misbehaving? If not, when related to the transmission, the first thing we do is check the pump and pressure. Who do you know with a good bi-directional scan tool that can check the brake pressure and look around the transmission?

I may have a guy that has a capable scanner. I had a similar situation on my Ram 2500 and had to replace some very expensive wheel bearings that were causing me to loose my power brakes. Pretty common problem on those trucks.

Come to think of it, the Ram was making a buzzing sound when it began failing.

You do not know if that ABS is located on the front left do you?

All I was looking for here was if the T\C could cause the car to not move after a traffic stop.
I’ve seen AWD Denali and Escalades have this, but not t/c affecting a non awd vehicle when it’s taking off. Those vehicles would also have braking issues and wheel speed sensor dtcs. They wouldn’t just stay still though, they would rev a little, and creep or surge along until you could get it over about 5mph

I have no movement at all and no faults. I am thinking now I have two separate issues. ABS and Throttle. Maybe another ground somewhere. I think I should start looking at the ABS now.

I believe it's (ABS Pump) in front of the fuel tank on the driver's side. Happen to live in Florida?

Here's a WAG, the front wheel noise on take off, traction control turning it off helps, could it be just a hub and ABS sensor?

in researching my own dead pedal. ive found theres two grounds on the frame under the driver seat, and another one iirc near the rad support, d/s, they get rusty and quick working. you can try a clean up of them contacts. and ive also seen the tb cause this. bad pig tail from one of the sensors.

you could scan it for codes too, see what you come up with.

i use this app. scans everything https://play.google.com/store/apps/...d2.chevroletsys.chevroletsysscanfree&hl=en_US
just need a odb2 bluetooth reader, 10-20 bucks for that.

Is that Chevy app better than torque?

That is what I am leaning towards for that part of my issues (I am also having issues of no forward motion from a dead stop). I guess to check if you have a bad sensor you can stop the car, take off slow and the car will turn to the opposite direction of the bad sensor wheel. So, if the car turns left, the right sensor is bad. If they are both bad, the test does not help.

To check for a bad wheel bearing/hub assembly you drive it straight and then you turn from 12 to 2 to load the left front bearing and you turn from 12 to 10 to load the right front bearing. When you load them, because the front weight will push pressure to the opposite side from where you are turning, you will hear a rubbing/grinding/squealing/rattle/etc. noise instead of the normal silence.

I have never tried to drive slow from a stop. This time, I stopped in the middle of the street and gave the car gas. Immediately I received a "traction control active" notice on the odometer and the car started turning left. If you go by what Erik says in the "South Main Auto" video below says, that means my right side Wheel Speed Sensor is bad.

You guys probably know about this but just in case.. Rust builds up under the sensor, pushes the sensor away from the tone ring and causes a fault. The solution (if the sensor is not rusted beyond reuse) is to remove the sensor, clean the mounting pad and the sensor itself and reinstall. It figures that I would have the sports car in the garage up on the (recalled) Harbor Freight 6 ton jack stands right now and have no place to work on the Tahoe. It looks like the Tahoe is going to the garage.

And by the way, if you have any Harbor Freight jack stands, 3 models have been recalled and you need to return them and not get under the vehicle until you do.
