@Tonyrodz, yeah I think I got pretty lucky. He was asking $4500 and sold it to me for 3.5k straight with no haggle. I didn't even have to see it in person to say yes.

This is probably the best thread on the HD hood subject. Yes, Tahoe and Yukon (Denali) headlights are different. HD hood to the Tahoe is a direct bolt on from the 01-02 Silverado.
GMC models have to cut/modify the front lip to mold around the headlights. See this thread for all those questions. I just wanted you to be aware as Tahoes are a direct swap.

GMC needs modification, but it will be worth it. Just have to be good at it yourself or find a shop who can take their time, but many guys have done it.
