Question about Yukon Denali door handle

Looking to purchase a chrome handle from gmcpartsdirect beacuse my passenger side is broken. They have both bright chrome and platinum chrome listed, anyone know which one matches the factory?

Is the vehicle out of warranty? I have had 3 chrome door handles break on my 2008 Denali, and every time the dealership has fixed it under warranty no questions asked.

It's not under warranty. They are charging 265 when I can get it for 60.

Yes, just call or go to the dealer you bought it from and they should gladly replace them free of charge.

Sorry for so many questions... but I bought it in NC and I now live in SC. Does it have to be the dealership I bought it from or should the local dealership take care of it for me?

Im sure you can work something out with them...If I were you, id call the original dealer and ask them.

Denali Door Handles

We have a 2008 Denali and have had two outside handles break. They are covered under warranty, but what will happen once the warranty runs out! They still continue to replace the broken ones with cheap ones! Getting one replaced today again and we hardly use the back doors! Date today is May 6, 2010.
