Question for those runn 22” wheels

i drove an rst today. The steering was tight or heavy if you will. Is that a result of the 22” wheel and tire combo or as a result of it being an rst?

Also does the rst have the max towing pkg built in. Secondary radiator etc? Engine seemed kind of warm? 6.2 litre
