Can you be more specific? I had to install mine on Friday night by myself so I could probably help. Except mine aren't DDM, dunno if those are too different or not.

Make sure you have a good ground. Also, where did you tap into the power at? I did mine straight to the battery and did not have any issues. At first I tried to tap into the power block on the fire wall and the lights would not work either.

where did you ground yours because i may not have a good ground. The place i did mine was underneath the intake on that tray deal. this may not be the best place but for the life of me i couldnt find anything else. pictures would be great.

I used the battery for the power so im good there.

Now, i still have a freakin problem, as when i hooked it all back up i didnt do it right and it works, but when i hook it up the way it is supposed to be the lights dont work at all, what gives!? ill try and explain...

6 total wires (2 grounds, 2 sets go to driver and 2 sets go to pass)

grounds are sort of grounded

pass side is intalled correctly meaning, from battery wires go to ballast (1st set of wires) and the oem is hooked to other set of wiring (2nd set of wires)

driver side, is hooked up wrong. the harness is hooked together and the factory is plugged into the ballast (this would be done without a harness)

but when i hook up the driver side like the pass side, neither lights work!!

if you dont have a harness or HIDs then this may be confusing as hell but if you do then please help, i have no idea why this is all screwy!

Sorry to hear about your problems Brent. Just to make sure we are on the same page, you do still have your OEM harness plugged into the bulb, correct? Then the new harness should be plugged into the ballast from the battery?
I have my ground off the battery right now. I have heard that ideally you want to ground to the chasis, but I have not had any issues with it grounded at the battery.

I would just double check all the connections, then maybe try a new harness???? Thats the only thing I can think of that would be causing the issues because there really is not that much to the system.

I have to think it must be a bad relay in the harness bro. I sounds like you have it all done up correctly. But try grounding off the battery along with the power. Then like you already have it going into the ballast and then the OEM into the bulb wires. I just cant think of what else it could be.

yeah thanks for the reply! yeah im pretty sure its an easy set up, just cant figure out why it wont work, so like you said possibly a bad relay, which sucks cause i already have a bad ballast. go figure, i get two bad products from the same company. my luck, haha. the only problem is that i have cut the harness wiring to make it longer and reach the driver side so warranty may be out the window!

as for the grounds i did every ground possible, the battery, painted areas (i know not ideal), the engine where the battery is grounded to, the shock bolts, everywhere so im pretty sure the ground it ok. im going to call again later today

I am new to the forum, first time posting. There is alot of good info here. I am also attempting to install the DDM Raptor HID kit on an 07 Yukon and am having trouble with the wiring. Where does the factory headlight harness plug into on the HID kit? I am assuming the ballast but the ends don't look like they will match up. Thanks for any help.

Do you have a wiring harness to go with it? If you dont, you will. Anyways, without the new harness and relay, the OEM harness plugs into the blue and black male wire ends that come out by the bulb. You just plug the male end
of the blue wire into the poss. side of the OEM plug and the black one into the neg sid eof the OEM plug. The other plugs that come from the bulb get plugged into the ballast.
