Well I give up, think I'll just go with the OEM one, every website is contradictory.

Rock Auto says it's the 221-9011 but that excludes the EOC
Denso says it's the 221-9011 but that excludes the EOC
NAPA says the 221-9011 is the wrong one and the correct one is the 221-9514
Summit says 221-9514 excludes the EOC

Just verified that the 9514 has the engine oil cooler also. I thought so but wasn’t in a place where I could check. 1-800-radiator is also an excellent option, as Wes suggested.

They both have it? The pics on the Denso website make it look like they do but they say the 9011 excludes it. The 2 models have slightly different dimensions as well,

I had asked Denso and here is their response, they say the 221-9011 is the only one that is correct. I don't know if they are just doing a lookup like I am though...
