for 20 inch wheel? Just looking to see if a Ram 20 incher would fit fine for winter tire set. Found some cheap takeoffs.

I can definitely tell you there’s a Silverado around my way with 20” ram wheels on it…. No verification about rubbing though. But I absolutely have seen it

The issue is caliper clearance in the X direction (between the caliper and the spokes), not the radial direction (along the inside of the wheel rim). This is where you need the 28mm offset...I think. I put some 20's on I was "trying out" from a 2020 Silverado, had the same 28mm offset...and they cleared ok, but it was within about 2mm of hitting the caliper. Look close at the caliper face, there is a little bump on it which stresses the clearance.

The lower offset will move the wheel further away from the caliper. I have 20x9 +20mm offset fuel wheels on my Denali and there are no rubbing issues.

Alright, i had it backwards. I thought 19mm moved it in, tiresize.com calculator is not exactly clear.

Offset is relative to the rim's center. What you need to focus on is the backspacing of the spokes.
