My ramps are just like these. The rubber blocks on the bottom used to fall out of their pocket all the time. I used a zip tie through the hole in each one to hold it in place. Been like that for maybe 10 years.

Also, a few years ago when my brother was pulling his front wheel drive minivan up them he gunned it a bit and did a little burnout on one of them and melted the traction surface a bit (second Pic) View attachment 347394

I used something like this on some metal ramps that I had; they were too slick before. Krylon also makes a similar product.

I just ordered a set of those on Amazon. I have a set of the metal ones but in order to clear my air dam in the front I have to use some 2 x 6’s stacked in front and drive up on them first and then up the ramps. Looks like these might have a gentler slope.

Those raceramps that 1bad15 mentioned are nice. They have ones with longer approach ramps for lowered vehicles, plus the ramp part is detachable

Going up ramps in the 2012 with hill start assist takes a little skill and use of the left foot on the brake pedal.

Ingenious! I never would have thought of that! LOL My daughter did a burnout on the ramps too in her Kia Spectra! Then drove off the end before asking Dad for help!

My first time driving up ramps I overshot and cleared the ramps and rested my 66 Malibu right on the rocker panels…. FML lessons learned hard are not soon forgotten.

My mistake, it's a Dodge Grand Caravan R/T

Yup, it's real and not just an emblem.

It's only a tire/wheel package and different/stiffer suspension. Plus the black leather seats have the red piping and R/T logos. Nothing different with the engine
