im just now finding this out, wtf

the first part, ive known flux core sucks a while
I don’t weld much anymore at all. I got certified through the program in high school. I took “metals” every year I was in high school. Four of the blocks, I had to be the teachers aid because they only had four different classes. I learned a lot from that old bastard. Precision machining, welding, sheet metal shaping, etc.

Oof....speed engineering headers are like 1.5" shorter than I ever could make the flowtechs

Prob should waited to cut the flowtechs lol

tapping on them does feel like theyre slightly thinner, flowtechs i think are advertized as 16gauge but they dont feel as "tinny" as the SE long tubes i have. possible theyre 18 just shorter tubes makes them feel thicker.

and the vband flange is fairly magnetic, doesnt look stainless but theyre welded to stainless so maybe just a 409ss or something
