i think ive got it sorta figured out. belt seems to be good, just went out n did a shitton of rips and belt stayed on - prob the new tensioner?

ac, it would work while parked and hood closed, ect stayed good, but just wasnt cooling that well. and also while cruising it would cycle the compressor every 10sec or so and high side pressure wouldnt hardly even climb past 180ish. so i charged a little more freon in it, parked hood open ECT started like 205 and as i charged it dropped to 198 so thats a good sign. and i got got chiller water to drop about 15* with the extra charge.

so hopefully at track, parked, running, hood open it will keep the ECT down and drop chiller water to low 40s. and cruising it should work better also running cabin ac and chiller.

parked hood close, or in traffic ill have to keep an eye on the ECT and prob bump the chiller pump way down to keep condenser from cooking till i get pusher fan in front

ive thrown a 18v fan in front of the grill messing with the ac and even thats enough to help..so i think installing a much larger fan in front and just wire it up triggered by the high fan command also will do a lot. it also needs it in traffic thats why im just going to "permanently" install one

But I "needed" a new nice car. Since I completely ruined my denali. Something for weekends dinner etc. Ford hybrid is just feeling ragged out lately, wind noise, gotta slam all the doors to close, dirty.
