Rattle / Knock behind glove box area...

I have a rattle sometimes and a Thunk type sound that is a constant sound behind the glove box/ center console area. The rattle has no rhythm to it either. I thought it was maybe the blend door because sometimes i have issues with hot air, but i reset it and it hasnt done it yet and my CEL is gone for it. Also, changing the AC in anyway (defrost, recirculation ect and including ON/OFF) has no affect on these sounds. Anyone have any idea? Thanks

there are two door actuators. mine made that noise when it was otw out.

its either the passenger side blend door actuator for the heating and cooling system. PITA to change out o the drivers side one which is easy. Passenger one is up deep in the dash, the drivers side is under the glove box area
