Not sure if they work with hatch or not. I don't see why not unless they'd interfere with the lift glass.

I'm calling the GM dealer tomorrow to see what I can find out.

I was at the carwash and I saw a guy with a 99 Tahoe (w/ Barn doors) and he had one on his. I started looking for one for my 99 Burban.
