So it looks like a majority of parts on my Denali rear axle need so serious work, so instead of replacing all of the components, would replacing the entire axle with an upgraded axle be a better route?
Currently i need bearing, seals, all rear brake and e-brake components, and who knows what else.

Custom axles are pretty steep. Call Currie Enterprises for a quote, but I'm sure it'll be shocking.

While it's not exactly cheap, a rebuild isn't ridiculous either. You can DIY the brakes / ebrakes after a shop takes care of the bearings and seals.

Is it just the outer bearings that are bad or do you need pinion and carrier bearings as well? That will drive the price up considerably as the shop will need to set up your R&P again after a rebuild.

Would a junkyard Escalade axle work? My 07 has a nice 14bolt. Should be a great replacement.
