Rear ceiling vents not getting air in my 2013 Tahoe LTZ

The actuator for the blend door is working, the fan is blowing hard but the air is just blowing freely into the headliner. Is there a duct up there?

Yes, the duct work begins in the C-pillar so you'll want to start there looking for leaks.
