Rear diff- 2015 Tahoe

Honestly don’t know. Since I just pulled the fill plug and siphoned it out, I didn’t pay that much attention.
I would guess more than 10 though. I do remember them being spaced pretty close together.

Want to change the fluid in the rear. There is a cross brace going right behind the cover. Is there enough room to shimmy the cover out and off without removing that cross brace? Anyone know?

I did the job on my stomach/back without lifting truck. Yes you can remove cover without removing that crossmember. Used 75/90 Amsoil in both.

Do you have a link for the rear diff gasket?

It’s a reusable gasket . Shouldn’t be damaged already on a newer truck that has not yet has this service. I cleaned and reused it.
