Rear Ended

Sorry to hear about that, as you know my Denali was hit last week by a dumb as female driver. It goes in the shop next Monday to replace the bumper, rear trailor hitch and the chrome strip on the back. I can't wait to get it fixed!!!!

Darn Modded, sorry to hear this! Was the rear lift gate the only metal damaged/scratched in the process (besides the exhaust)? Hopefully this will be an easy repair. Glad to hear no one was injured!

Yeah Iwaslowr it was only the lift gate that was the only metal place hurt.
I won't lie what I did was kind of dumb, but it was 1AM and like 4 cars passed us the whole time we were there before the third car came, plus I had my flashlight out and was directing people under a strobe light to move to the left lane, the third guy just kept comnig like he was retarded or something.

It should be in the shop by late this week since the polic report is taking a while to cmoe through, I did not expect the police officer tot ake this long.

I was always under the impression that when you see a car/cars stopped in the road or on the side to slow down and move out of the way. As long as you had your emergency flashers on the guy should have known something was up and moved.

where can we get oem rear bumpers? my bumper got fuct up 2nites ago by an old lady.

jus got a check from te appraiser today for 1200..........do you guys think that is a lil too less?

havent taken it to a shop to inspect the insides yet. so...

That is 100% true, I don't care what anyone says, the dude is a DUMBASS. I am kind of ignorant for not moving out out the way immediately though.
I wonder how someone can see 9 people standing in the road, hazard lights on, me using my LED flashlight strobing to direct people and the light being RED for christ sake, and still continue to approach w/o even thinking they should slow down.
Well either way he is screwed now, totaled one car, and put $2500 worth of damages on mine, his insurance is gonna straight drop him like a dirty Great Value mop.

****, today I was backing out of a Sonic parking spot at the same time as an old man adjacent from me and needless to say we rear ended each other. Left a light scratch on my left side bumper cover but tore up his Taurus. Called the police and he repeatedly said "dumb ******* teenager" and "No! HE hit ME, I was just driving on by!". Dumbass.

Here's to hoping all of our damages get fixed ASAP.
