Rear entertainment only has hdmi 1 & 2. HELP!

We have a 2023 Yukon Denali - VIN is 1GKS2DKL9PR302365 - every video i watch shows the rear screens having hulu, etc but the ONLY thing that shows on ours is HDMI 1 & 2. I'm going insane. Anyone??

GM sent me this: 1. From the Home Screen, select Settings.2. Then Allowed Applications.3. Toggle off/on the streaming media app that you prefer to enable/disable.

my husband has the car right now, anyone have luck with this? I didn't see any options in settings when i clicked it before so not sure i believe this will work.

2023 gmc Yukon xl Denali ultimate rear apps don’t work for us. We see no apps. No hulu YouTube etc. we have hdm1&2. We cannot find any solution. We are even being told by one dealer we don’t have them period. Everything including onstar says we do. Anyone find an actual solution?

I know this post is a little dated but i just had this happen to our 2023. What worked was peforming an infotainment reset from the front screen. Restored the apps. Had to reconfigure CarPlay and some other settings afterwards but not too bad.

Exact same thing...gm put a claim in and should get a call back within 3 business days.

Tried it and it didn't work. Call help line and they had to put in a claim because they were unable to help me.
