Yes , the seat was upright to get to the front bolts. The floor is pretty flat. Within an inch ish. I used 1.5 x .75 aluminum tube to get the bolt heads below the inside box height. If that makes sense. I also used a few 1/2" this nuts larger than the bolts for spacers. I used the original bolt holes. The carpet also adds to the unevenness. If you need more i will try to help.

Rich - What did you find on the floor when the seats were out. I'm guessing there's no carpet. Your drawers are great, but I'd like to restore the floor to look like my '07, just flat and carpeted.

Thanks! Bob

Can I just pull the storage box out or is it connected to seats? Your write up sounds like it but I thought I'd ask.

Storage box comes out with two spinner screws. Carpet under seat but cut outs for wiring and bolts. Looks like holes are punched out and a bit raggy.

Lots of helpful information here. Thanks!

I need my third row, but am considering replacing the sloped storage box with a flat drawer setup like something that TruckVault makes.

Can anyone tell me the height/thickness of the storage box at the point where it meets the third row? Basically, I want to know how much the third row sticks up when folded flat and there is no storage box.

Sorry for the delay. The floor is pretty flat. It has some lower spots for bolt holes and such. It has carpet but several die cut holes for going around mount points and things. A 6" diameter hole in the carpet to go around a 1" mount point. The storage box is NOT connected to the seat. Just a couple spinners and out it comes.

Sorry for the delay. I don't seem to get notices of updates to threads I post in. The tray is about 4" high

OK. Heres the drawer pix. Had the shell made from aluminum and made the drawers myself from plywood. The Durango had a storage area underneath that why the big holes. I added the aluminum tube for mounting in the Yukon.

I like that a lot :)
