What is the material that appears to be ripped? Is it cloth-like, or is it plastic?

The majority of the pieces that make up a door panel are held together by heat-stakes. Might find a used door panel on EBay from a salvage yard? Odds of that are low considering the color is not as common and these rigs haven’t been on the market all that long…

Thanks guys. Good info. I’ll probably just leave it as-is till I trade it in then. Not sure it’s worth 250 for me yet.

You could use a popsicle stick and some glue on the back side to make both ends of the tear mesh back together.

This same thing just happened to me today. Absolutely ridiculous that this is all one piece and the entire door panel would need replaced. Especially since that speaker grille is such thin cheap plastic.
