Rear subwoofer tapped into for Line Out Converter

I have a 2002,so I know my amp is in the back,
I already took off the rear panel,but what color wires
Should I tap into??any body have a diagram or something???

So it works just pulling the wires off of the factory sub and plugging them into a single 12"?

Or do I need to install an amp too? And if so do I have to connect it before or after the factory sub amp?
