Yep, it just depends on how bad you want to maintain the auto-levelling. Arnott is definitely the way to go if you want the air shocks; it's a LOT cheaper than OEM and that's the route I took (I like auto-levelling for towing and hauling heavy loads).

But, yes, you can certainly get a set of cheaper shocks and put them in there.

My dealer wanted close to $1600 for both rear shocks and the compressor, so yes WAYYYYYY better!! lol

I love my Arnott reman rear shocks and compressor!!

I love my Arnott reman rear shocks and compressor!!

I like mine as well, although I wish I'd gotten the remanufactured GM shocks rather than the Bilstein ones. I miss the auto-damping, which you lose with these. Still levels, but there's no ride adjustment anymore and it isn't very forgiving on bumpy roads.
