I vote yes. im very pro color match so just take your time and do a good job!

Top bumper cap and lower valance. Match them both at least and chrome front bumper. The look color matched is awesome!!

You can do it either way depending on your confidence (not hard with some color matched rattle can paint and clear coat after some primer and sanding).
