Okay, so I replaced the motor and regulator since the whole thing came in one piece and was cheaper when buying that vs just the regulator. But I think I regret getting the one from autozone vs full service (ac delco) . The one I bought wiggles alot when you grab the glass. (Like a real old car) before you ask, I did loosn the screws that hold the pane, set the pane in the groove and then hand tightened it back. I dont see a place to tighten the bracket that holds the pane in place but then again, I only realized this after I installed it and was too tired and too lazy to take it all apart. The pain in the ass was setting the door clip back without it getting stuck when trying to open. I pulled off screw from plastic at bottom when doing this.

I had this same problem just last week and replaced the entire part with one from Autozone. Like you, I was also concerned with the amount of wiggle in the glass, but when I looked at one of the other doors I found the same amount of wiggle.

Hmm... now when I get out to the truck, I'll have to give it a wiggle. I guess I can use the spray to make it more amooth.
